    The Globespan Group plc (in Administration) ("the Company")

    Update 12 March 2010: The Administrators' Proposals for Globespan Group plc are also now available.

    If you were a customer of the Company and had a holiday which was booked and paid for, but not received due to the Company's insolvency, you will be a potential unsecured creditor of the Company unless you have submitted a claim under the ATOL scheme or your credit card or Visa debit card and this is paid in full.

    Update 4 March 2010: The Administrators' Proposals for Globespan Airways Limited are now available.

    If you were a customer of the Company and had a flight booked which was paid for, but not received due to the Company's insolvency, you will be a potential unsecured creditor of the Company unless you have submitted a claim under the ATOL scheme or your credit card or Visa debit card and this is paid in full.
