    The Globespan Group plc (in Administration) ("the Company") The Joint Administrators of the Company applied to the Court of Session, Edinburgh, in respect of the Company, to dispense with sending each creditor of the Company a copy of the Joint Administrators' Report of the Initial Meeting of Creditors, the Progress Reports and any further notices to creditors pertaining to the Administration.
